Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our spare parts warehouse. This role involves managing inventory, optimizing storage processes, and ensuring smooth logistics flow. Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of spare parts.
- Supervising and coordinating the warehouse team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses.
- Organizing warehouse space to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
- Cooperating with logistics, purchasing, and service departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (BHP).
What You Need for This Role:
- Experience in warehouse management (preferably in the spare parts or industrial sector).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work.
- Forklift operation license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic knowledge of English (for working with documentation and suppliers).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with marine or industrial spare parts.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
